Tennis in Pakistan has a long history that dates back to the British colonial period. During this time, the sport was introduced to the country by British soldiers and quickly became popular among the elite and the expatriate community.

During his career, Jahangir Khan won a record 10 British Open titles, 6 World Championships, and countless other major tournaments. He famously dominated for over a decade, winning an unprecedented 555 consecutive matches from 1981 to 1986. His success helped popularize racquet sports in Pakistan, like tennis, and brought attention to the country's athletic prowess.
In recent years, tennis has made great strides in Pakistan, and the country has introduced several contesting players who have made a name for themselves on the international stage.
One of the most notable tennis players from Pakistan is Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, who is a professional tennis player best known for his doubles play, and has won several doubles titles on the ATP Tour.
