At MOTHERLAND, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original MOTHERLAND packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
